Wheel Loaders are primarily used to load, carry and
dump materials into dump trucks, bins and hoppers.
They are extremely good for carrying materials over
short distances on irregular ground. Because wheel
loaders are so versatile, they are used in the most
diversified applications. Each loader bucket can be
designed to suit each application, material density,
customer requirements and machine capability.
On site, there are often application where trucks
carrying general cargo on pallets need to be
unloaded. If the wheel loader has been fitted with a
Mechanical or Hydraulic Quick Coupler (see quick
coupler for Wheel Loaders), then this is a simple
attachment change, where-in if a hydraulic coupler
has been fitted, the operator does not even need to
leave his cab to change the attachment quickly to
unload the cargo using the pallet fork attachment.
Pallet Forks can be manufactured in a wide range of
rack widths and tyne lengths and thicknesses for
various applications and designed to maximize the
versatility and load capacity of your wheel loader.
Performance Statement
High performance wheel loader attachments from
eiengineering
will improve your productivity and
performance through:
Superior attachment design
Improved geometry for more efficient loading of
material
Heavy duty robust construction for increased
strength and durability
Flexibility - any width - depth – capacity
Are designed to comply with OH&S requirements
What to look for in a wheel loader Pallet Fork
attachment
The pallet fork attachment needs to be calculated to
the load capacity of the wheel loader.
The construction of the pallet forks is consistent
with the application.
Loader lifting capacities are defined by either:
The Struck Capacity Vs which is approximately the
waterline capacity
The SAE rated capacity or Heaped Capacity is with
the bucket heaped with the pile at 1:2
SAE rated or heaped capacity is the one most
commonly used. As an approximation, rated capacity
is 1.17 X Struck Capacity.
Attachments are designed to suit specific
applications and machine types. An attachment for
one wheel loader will not fit another machine unless
it is exactly the same make and model of wheel
loader.

Heavy duty construction allowing maximum transfer of
loads into bucket hangers.
Achieve maximum versatility from your Wheel Loader
Various frame widths and tyne lengths to suit the
application and the wheel loader lifting capacity
All
eiengineering
attachments are made from Bisalloy,
which is 3.1 times stronger than mild steel. This
ensures more strength and less weight which means
greater capacities, less fuel consumption and less
load on the excavator.
The Benefits
The benefits you will experience are:
Reduce capital expenditure – more versatility of the
one machine, means less outlay for job specific
machines
Bisalloy construction means longer working life of
the bucket and less downtime carrying out expensive
repairs or modifications
