We believe that you, the purchaser, trust us enough
to pay us 100% of your money, so we, the
manufacturer, owe you 100% of your moneys worth of
that trust and product.
We will, at all times, stand behind our products.
Therefore, we will back our product with 100% of our
commitment that, apart from our normal product
Warranty of 12 months against manufacturing defect,
we also guarantee that, should you have a warranty
claim:
1. We will replace the warranted item at no charge
with a brand new item of the same class.
2. We will ship the replacement item to your
location, no matter where it is within Australia, at
no charge.
We are committed to absolute product excellence, and
that you, the purchaser, are delivered a product
that you feel has offered great service and value
for money throughout the life of that product.
We obviously feel confident that we have designed
and manufactured a product which has little or no
likelihood of failure in the normal working
environment.
Of course, this offer is not redeemable if the
product has been subject to misuse.
